- Nov 289:00 AM2024 City of Fairfax Turkey Trot 5KThe City of Fairfax is proud to be hosting the 2024 City of Fairfax Turkey Trot! The 5K will start near Fire Station 3, 4081 University Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030, loop through Old Town Fairfax and George Mason University, finishing near the Fire House. All the fun starts at 9:00 am on Thursday, November 28. Registration Fees will be $40 for the 5k through November 15, $45 from November 16-Race Day. On-line registration will close on Monday, November 25 at 8:00 pm. Late registration will be available during packet pick up only. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION Register early to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrants after November 13 will not be guaranteed a shirt. Packet pick up will be on Tuesday, November 26 at PR Fairfax (11895 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030) from 12:00-5:00 pm, Wednesday, November 27 at City of Fairfax City Hall (10455 Armstrong St. Fairfax, VA 22030) from 12:00-5:00 pm and then near the starting line on Thursday, November 28 starting at 7:30 am. Awards will be given to the overall top 3 Male and Female finishers, plus the top 2 Male and Female finishers in the following age groups: 10 & Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 & over.
