The Goal of Yoga with the Poodles is to promote community among members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated with the Mason community while also promoting well-being and healthy practices. This event is intended to be an informal, active event where the Mason community and the Members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Mu Omega chapter can relax and de-stress together.
