Join us for the 28th Annual Health and Fitness Expo! This popular event features interactive health education activities, hands-on demonstrations, cooking demonstration, and fitness instruction. This event is free and open to the public. It promotes health, wellness, well-being, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing students, faculty, staff, and affiliates to resources that can help them lead healthier lives.
